New to Wooclap? Join us for our next group live demo!
Wooclap is an interactive presentation platform with 20+ question types, from live polls and quizzes to word clouds, image-based questions, ranking activities, and more.
No context switching for anyone
Participants answer questions directly from within the Teams interface using the "W" side panel. No new tab, no separate link, no interruption to the meeting flow. The presenter stays in control, the audience stays focused.
Works the way you already work
Add Wooclap to any Teams meeting from your calendar, or embed it permanently in a channel tab. Use it live during a session or set it up asynchronously so participants can complete it at their own pace.
20+ question types, all inside Teams
Wooclap goes well beyond basic polls. Every question type available on the platform — image-based questions, word clouds, open questions, ranking activities, rating scales, the message wall, the "I'm confused" button, works fully within the Teams integration. No functionality is lost.
When participants have to switch between tools to answer a question, they lose focus and some simply don't bother. By embedding Wooclap directly into Teams, responses happen in context. The presenter's screen is on the left, the Wooclap response panel is on the right: everything visible, everything synchronised, all in one window.

Wooclap in Teams isn't just for live sessions. Attach a participant-paced questionnaire to a calendar event, and attendees can access it directly from their Teams meeting invitation, before, during, or after the meeting. One integration that supports both synchronous and asynchronous teaching and training.

Open the Apps section in Microsoft Teams and search for "Wooclap." Click Add to a team, select your channel, and set up the tab. It takes just a few clicks and requires no technical configuration. If Wooclap doesn't appear, ask your Teams admin to enable third-party app access.
Link an existing Wooclap event or create a new one directly from the tab. You can add it to a team channel for permanent access, or attach it to a specific calendar meeting so it appears automatically when participants open the invitation.
Share your screen during the meeting to show the Wooclap presenter view. Participants will see a "W" icon appear in the top-right corner of their screen, clicking it opens the response panel on the right side, so they can answer without leaving the meeting window.
Watch a short walkthrough showing how to install Wooclap, attach it to a Teams meeting, and run your first live question. The full setup takes just a few minutes, and participants need nothing beyond their usual Teams access.
Wooclap in Teams is used across higher education and corporate environments wherever remote or hybrid sessions need to stay interactive without adding technical friction.
Professors run live polls, MCQs, and word clouds directly inside their Teams lecture, collecting responses in real time without asking students to open a separate browser tab or link.
L&D teams attach Wooclap questionnaires to Teams onboarding sessions, so new employees complete self-paced assessments from their calendar invite before or after the live session.
Facilitators use Wooclap inside Teams to collect input from both in-person and remote participants simultaneously, with all responses appearing on screen in real time for everyone to see.
Managers add a Wooclap survey tab to a Teams channel, letting team members answer questions at their own pace over the course of a week, without requiring a scheduled meeting at all.
Attach Wooclap events directly to Teams meetings or channels, then launch questions live without switching tools. Participants answer inside Teams using their Microsoft credentials, no separate account needed.
Wooclap is available directly in the Teams app marketplace, making it quick to deploy for individuals or organisations without any dedicated technical setup.
