Yes, we offer a free plan ("Starter") where you can test the basics of Wooclap. You can sign up, create your first questions, and get answers from your students, without paying. If you want to test the power of live interactivity with a limited number of questions first, the Starter plan is for you.

You can pay with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) for all plans.
For users from the European Union, we also give the option to pay with SEPA.
Finally, companies, schools or universities who choose our Enterprise/Campus plan can pay directly by bank transfer.

Presenters are users who can present content / receive answers to Wooclap questions. The admin of the plan is also counted as a presenter.
Participants (people answering to questions you present) are not considered as presenters.

The number of participants varies based on your subscription plan:

- Starter, Basic, and Pro plans: Up to 1,000 participants per event.

- Corporate/Campus plans: Need more than 1,000 participants? Contact us to discuss a tailored solution that meets your needs.

You can cancel your subscription any time before your next billing period, by deactivating the auto-renewal at least 48 hours before your renewal date. You will not be charged anymore after that. You can easily cancel your subscription by accessing your billing information page, in the Wooclap app. If you do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed and we will charge your account using the payment method you previously provided.
Note that all our subscriptions are billed annually.

You can access to all your invoices in by going to your account settings, and then clicking on "Billing information" at the top of the page.

You can upgrade from one plan to another anytime during your billing period (all our plans are billed annually). We calculate a prorata, including what you already paid for your inital subscription, and charge the difference depending on the number of remaining days of your annual subscription.

You can get a quote for Pro plans. To generate your quote, please fill out:
