What Challenges did Cegos face, and how did Wooclap provide solutions?

At the beginning of 2021, after extensive reflection, the pedagogical teams at Cegos identified the need to unify their teaching approach to deliver a more consistent and engaging learning experience.

In this context, Cegos embarked on the search for a single tool that would unify pedagogical practices while offering strong educational value. After evaluating various options, Wooclap emerged as a promising solution.

With Wooclap, Cegos saw an opportunity to transform learners into active participants in their own education, putting them at the center of the learning experience. The tool's ease of use was also a key factor in the decision-making process, ensuring a seamless connection to prevent losing participants along the way. Wooclap's technology was designed to support trainers and enhance teaching practices.

Deployment

To address the challenges of integrating a new teaching tool, Wooclap's deployment was carried out in stages. Following regular discussions with several trainer-consultants at Cegos, the innovation team decided to conduct a free three-month trial. The goal was to understand how the tool could support trainers in their daily sessions and to measure its impact and added value. During this trial period, a dedicated Wooclap Account Manager was available to guide the team in mastering the tool.

At the end of this pilot project, the results were reviewed with the teams involved to evaluate the tool's effectiveness. With positive outcomes, access to Wooclap was extended company-wide, granting all consultants unlimited access.

Understanding that adopting a new tool often involves a learning curve, Cegos organized training workshops to familiarize its consultants with Wooclap. What better way to immerse them than by using Wooclap during the workshops themselves? By participating in Wooclap-enabled events, the consultants experienced the tool's features and benefits firsthand, preparing them to use it effectively in their own sessions. 

Results

Today, over 700 trainer-consultants use Wooclap in their daily training sessions. This aligns with Cegos' strategy of making learners active participants in their education and delivering exceptional learning experiences. Through interactive questions, learners are regularly engaged, keeping them focused and attentive.

Since 2021, Cegos consultants have created over 8,000 events on Wooclap, generating more than 500,000 learner responses!
